What I liked
I was a patient on the Day Surgery Ward for two procedures, in February 2008. From arrival on the ward at 8 a.m. until discharge at approx 5.30 p.m. that same day, my treatment was amazing. The surgeon performing my procedures was very informative and described everything in minute detail. The nursing staff were very attentive, friendly and efficient. I especially liked the fact that I had the same dedicated nurse from 8 a.m. until my discharge at 5.30 p.m. that day. I found this very reassuring as this was my first hospital admittance. Everyone working on the Ward was first rate, I could not and would not fault one thing. The operations were both very successful, and I would have no doubt recommending the hospital to anyone asking me for information.
What could be improved
Not a thing! The whole day ran like clockwork.
