"Very positive experience - Physiotherapy was..."

I have just been discharged from receiving treatment for a whiplash injury I sustained over 2 years ago. I have been seeing a most wonderful lady, who from the first appointment, has made me feel so much better not just by guiding me through the exercises which have helped my neck problems, but because she is a kind and warm person who really cares about her patients, and she has great empathy. To be honest I had very little expectations when I went for the appointment as I have suffered with my neck for so long. They could see how fed up I was and how I didn't think my condition could improve - she gave me hope, and that was all I needed to be confident in doing my exercises, and yes, they have helped and they do work if you do them every day! Thank you so much for helping me through these difficult last few months, it has made a big difference to my day to day life.
