"No communication"

About: Torbay Hospital

My mother has been in and out of thus hospital for 2 yrs. never any communication. She was discharged one Wednesday evening at 8pm with ,they say nothing wrong with her, she died on the bathroom floor the following morning at 7.30. Her funeral was Monday 7/7/14
