"very unhappy experience on 8/7/14"

About: Stoke Mandeville Hospital

Long circuitous tour to find the right plce followed by electronic machine which directed us to wrong waiting area. After 1 hour a passing nurse advised where to go. Told not to worry we wouldnt have been any quicker in right waiting area. Finally seen by dr after waiting 3 hours 50 mins and given prescription to take to pharmacy that had closed several hours earlier. Patient is 81 and frail. Dr was kind but she couldnt understand his accent. Good jobI was with my friend .
