About: St George's Hospital (Tooting) (London)

Nursing care, during my two weeks' enforced stay at the hospital, has been wonderful. The medical care has been haphazard and a case of "hunt the doctor", especially during my admission through A&E at the end of June, where I was left without a proper assessment for 4 hours, the first two hours without any pain relief. My scores for cooperation of staff, involving patients in decisions and respect for patients would be higher if I was only looking at nursing care.
