What I liked
My name is Stephen, but my father who has had treatment for Cancer just below his eye at your hospital, wanted me to write and let you know how wonderful you were. He is not the easiest of patients but was very pleased with the respect you showed your patients in difficult moments and circumstances. He has rarely spent a night in hospital in his life and you made him feel comfortable.
He has asked me to send a donation on his behalf and could you please let me know who to send it to please.
