I have tried a number of times this morning to get through to the general enquiries number at the Royal Liverpool Hospital, each time it has been engaged, i dont evev get through to a queueing system. I then tried the inpatient line and was 9th in the queue. WWhen i did get through to the operator she said i should have rung the general enquiries number, i did explain the situation and she did try and put me through to the department i wanted, however, it was an answerphone. A very frustrating morning and after an hour i am no nearer to having my query addressed.
