Thank you for your comments regarding your care at the Urgent Care Centre at Trafford Hospital. The Urgent Care Centre (UCC) was opened 28th November 2013, following the closure of the Accident & Emergency Department at Trafford General Hospital. The UCC is consultant led and is fully staffed with highly trained emergency nurses and doctors. It is equipped to see a full range of injuries and conditions from 8.00am to midnight. It was very kind of you to write and compliment the staff as it is good to receive positive feedback which reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. As we strive to achieve a high standard of care for all our patients it was reassuring to hear that you had such positive experience. I can assure you that we have passed on your thanks to all the staff working in the Urgent Care Centre.
