Still waiting for hip x-ray referral

"Still waiting for hip x-ray referral"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Had knee x-ray last year. Result osteoporosis.

Hip x-ray referral in November (still waiting).

Have had painkiller medication because of other ailments, could not take them.

Whilst I wait Dr has referred me for physiotherapy clinic.

Unfortunately, TRAQS has no control over waiting times for local hospitals or clinics.
