About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

I had to ring TRAQS because no-one rang me within the 5 days.

Waited 20 minutes to see Dr – everyone helpful.

In and out in 1 hour, what a refreshing change.

Very pleased.

Thank you for sharing your comments. We are sorry to hear that you were not contacted by the TRAQS team within the timeframe that you were expecting. Upon you initial GP consultation, your GP practice has three working days to create your referral and send it through to the TRAQS team. Once TRAQS receives this, we then have five working days to process your referral and contact you to arrange your appointment.

Due to the anonymous nature of patient opinion, I am currently unable to ascertain exactly where the delay occurred. If you would like TRAQS to look into this then please contact us on 01952 580 441.

Nevertheless, we are pleased to hear that your appointment went smoothly and we wish you all the best with any future treatment.
