I recently attended an appointment at The Respiratory Clinic at Churchill Hospital and wanted to feedback about how positive the experience was. The doctor was extremely warm and welcoming and embodied, in my opinion, all that a patient would expect or indeed hope for in a healthcare professional. She took the time to explain fully the situation to me and her sincerity and genuinely caring approach shone through, her reassurance and advice was most welcome and I would go as far as to say that I felt inspired by her.
