What I liked

The hospital treated my mum fantastically when she came in through A&E last week and needed an operation. The nurses were great and took the time to tell us everything several times.

The emergency ward (EAU I think?) was really busy but was spotless and they looked after us well there. We later moved onto the surgical ward and they looked after mum really well then as well before and after her operation.

What could be improved

Nothing really. The patient TV and phone system is quite expensive to use though so watch out for that.

Anything else?

We just wanted to say thank you really and for other people not to be worried about coming into hospital.

We live locally and have used the hospital before and although we had no real problems then, I think it's improved a lot. Even the parking was fine which was a shock.
