What I liked

I recently had to take my daughter to A & E following a head injury. She was seen almost immediately by helpful and friendly staff, who were also very thorough. When we were moved to the ward we were again greated by friendly and helpful staff. The ward was very clean and beds very changed and cleaned almost immediately when a patient left. The staff were appraochable and sympathetic.

What could be improved

Could have done with a cuppa!

Anything else?

People are quick to complain but not so quick to compliment. Our visit was probably fairly routine, but routine things done well should be complimented as well.
