Response from The Royal Victoria Infirmary

Thank you for taking the time to write such a positive message regarding the neurosurgical care that you received in February 2014. It is reassuring to read that you rated your care at the RVI as ‘fantastic’. We have passed your feedback on to your surgeon, Mr Ross, and the team on Ward 15 and the Critical Care Unit, so that their contribution to your care is acknowledged. I would like to wish you all the best for your on-going recovery.
