Dear Kelly, I am so sorry to hear about the sad loss of your Aunty, please accept my sincere condolences. It is extremely kind of you to write to us at this time to give the team on ward 3 such valuable feedback - thank you. I am so pleased that your Aunt got all the care and support she needed, delivered with the kindness and compassion she deserved at the end of her life. I know how much it will mean to Joyce and the rest of her team to know that you will never forget their actions. Thinking of you Kelly and your family and please let us know if there's anything we can do. With best wishes, Annie
