I was seen quickly, assessed thoroughly and reassured throughout my visit. Communication about wait times and what to expect next was very clear. Everybody I spoke to was friendly and kind. Thank you

I am pleased to hear you were assessed and reassured throughout your visit and that the communication was clear.

We aim to provide our patients with the best care and treatment and this experience reflects our mission, 'Everybody matters, everything counts, everyone's responsible'

We are working hard to reduce the waiting so are pleased to hear improvements have been made and your visit was such a success.
