"Hernia op at Good Hope Hospital"

About: Good Hope Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

I was admitted for a hernia operation a little bit nervous. I would just like to make the following points:

The Consultant Dr Hobbs was excellent in every way from his explanations to his bedside manner.

The nurses were very friendly and efficient.

The Wards were very clean.

I would have liked to have had more family involvement instead of go away and phone in 3 hours sort of touch.
