"Testing and fitting of hearing aides"

About: Retford Hospital

I was referred to Retford hospital by my GP for a hearing test. I had to wait about 2 weeks for an appointment which was not unreasonable. I was called for my appointment promptly and felt that I was dealt with courteously, thoroughly and the issues explained to me. My appointment for the fitting of the aides was the following day, I was delighted. Both audiologists I met (one on each occasion) where courteous, considerate, explained the issues and took sufficient time. I was delighted with the service provided and also (after 4 weeks experience of wearing the aides) with the equipment itself. The equipment is easy to manage, effective and I often forget that I am wearing 2 hearing aides. I am very satisfied with the service I received and the outcome. Thank you.
