"Excellent care but bad physical environment"

We are committed to providing the best possible patient experience and your comments are a really important way of helping us to achieve this. We are delighted that you rated our nurses as the best in the business and our food as delicious. We would like to reassure you that we are carrying out room refurbishments and we are fitting air con as standard in every room. We have just completed major refurbishment works on our third floor and are planning to refurbish the rest of the rooms on the first and second floor in the near future and all the patient rooms at Parkside will be fully air conditioned. We are striving to improve patient comfort as soon as is possible. We look forward to welcoming you back to Parkside should we be in a position to help you in the future.
