"Medical 4"

I was admitted to the hospital last Sunday, and after a short time in A and E, was transferred to Medical 4, where I was cared for by a surgeon. I would just like to put on record that this nurse's dedication, kindness, and sheer professionalism astounded me , and he is everything that is good about the NHS. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his work was so impressive. I owe a great deal of my recovery to him. If there is a staff award system going I insist that he is entered in to it .
