About: NHS Fife

(as the patient),

It took almost one year to be diagnosed.

What was good about the ME/CFS service was that they always got back to me if I left a message and I could always make contact by email or phone. The care was excellent and I felt that they completely understood my situation.

There was flexibility regarding appointments and I received practical and valuable helping tools.

Improvements could be quicker referral and more frequent appointments.
