About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Following recommendation by Dr Baton at PRH, my GP referred me to see Dr Nigel Mike’s at PRH for diagnoses/treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.

I have had TRAQS referrals in the past. The gentleman who rang me from TRAQS was excellent, telling exactly what the process involved and confirmed as no appointments were available, I would be placed on Dr Mike’s waiting list, with a max waiting time of 18 weeks.

My confirmation letter from TRAQS arrived today so was extremely efficient and well within timeline guidelines.
