"Fantastic service as always"

Seems I visit A&Es far too regularly. This is my 2nd or 3rd trip to MI at the Hallamshire and they've always been fantastic. Despite an enormous queue, the reception and nursing staff remained upbeat, professional, but most importantly personable and pleasant to be around. Really put me at ease, gave me a realistic waiting time, dealt with my problem efficiently and let me out to go and damage myself again at will. An excellent facility, made excellent by the staff.
