"Hazelwood ward, Bullying, dangerous levels of..."

About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital

Human Excretia smeard on outside of toilet bowl, left for 8+ hours, verbal bullying of elderly and confused patient, my food and fluid restricted when I voiced a complaint, requests for medication and water ignored. One shift only. Culture of fear and bullying, small hardcore responsable. Lies upon lies from staff, Dangerous, patients lives at risk. Experienced other wards during stay and recieved good care, so the comparison was shocking.
