There are very few doctors, let alone A+E doctors, who would categorically state that another hospitals methodology was poor, despite that being the truth. The doctor gave a very professionally constructed statement that ousted Sunderland Royal's procedure in a foreign body case, and proceeded to perform a minor operation there and then to remove the half-inch sewing needle from my partner's foot. Then, and this has astounded us both, a number of hours later the doctor double checked whether tetanus advice had been given by the triage nurse, and when it transpired that it had not, he left a message on my partner's answering machine to provide the information. If only all medical staff did as well as yourself, we would have a sparkling NHS.
