"Wonderful staff!"

After my daughter(3yrs) trapping her finger in the car door, I was advised by our surgery to take her to minor injuries unit. The staff were amazing, all were very interactive with my daughter, as well as letting me know what was happening. Our X-ray lady was so friendly and good with her, making aeroplane noises and actions really put her at ease! Then another member of staff came to strap her up and even though my daughter was getting tired and a little upset about anyone else touching her hand, the member of staff was fantastic at talking to her and soon the bandage was on. She even gave my daughter a pink teddy bear for her too keep as she'd 'been so brave!' Thank you all so much
