"Everyone cared"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

From the first visit to outpatients, everything seems to have been well organised and timely.

I was kept informed about what was happening, and why, throughout.

I can best describe the experience by saying that I feel that everyone cared about what they were doing, and about me!

My thanks to the staff.
