About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

I recently had an operation in day-surgery in Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

I can say I was very respectfully treated in every department – I. e. by letter, telephone, on arrival and during and after the procedure which I am now recovering.

Can I take this opportunity to thank “Mr Teahan” and all staff for the work and effort put in to make things go well.

Greatly appreciate all that was done for me.
