"A&E and parking is a joke."

Spent 2x5 hours át A&E in One day and on my second visit told by receptionist that i ve already been there today so everyone who comes will b put in front off me . She must have very good medical training as she puts me with agressive ulcer in the eye on 5hour waitin list and e.g. Drunk poeple with "broken" thumb ( after x ray , there was nothing) in front.finally when I got to see Dr , his words were "why did u leave it so late " something needs to be done to change the waiting time. I mean twice for 5 hours ? Parking is another story . No proper signs which way to enter and leave. Luckily I have been there so often so I know , but I have experience lots of drivers entering wrong direction creating chaos as there is nowhere to turn and on top of that to pay for this kind of parking all wrong.I believe this is creating even more stress for patient. I am sure I am not the first one to mention about this. I need to mention people at eye clinic are all very nice .
