"laporascopic hernia op"

About: Leighton Hospital

My hernia op was to be at the treatment centre, but due to refurbishments it was ward 11 for me that day.l was quite anxious initially but from the moment I was given the gown to change into the whole process was run with exellant efficiency, my walk to the op theatre was pleasant enough thanks to the nice nursing assistant and a hello from my surgeon as i arrived was nice, then once in the anaesthetic room I was made to feel at great ease by the staff there, despite having to wait for some equipment needed, not a problem, every thing was very calmly dealt with, After the op back on the ward I can't thank the nursing staff enough for making me comfortable and ensuring my recovery went well, despite the anaesthetic giving me some stick, the guys and girls did great work, the tea and toast was nice too.. So great work all, back home healing well.
