What I liked

The emergency Gyne doctor was great and saw me right away, they were reassuring and supportive. They also got me in the following day for a follow up scan and appointment.

What could be improved

The 'Doctor' who saw me in the emergency gyne clinic after my scan was rude and spoke to me in an accusational tone suggesting that there was no reason for me to be in such pain and therefore I shouldn't be! I felt as though I was made out to be a lier and while I sat there is agany was told there was nothing wrong. He had very little time for me and kept me waiting outside for 1.5 hours while he wandered around the ward texting on his phone and eating. I was then told I could go for a drink off the ward as he would be a further 15 minutes. When I returned I was informed that he had been ready for me just a few minutes after leaving and he seemed as though it was very frustrating that he was waiting for me...although I had been told to leave.

Anything else?

VERY disappointed with the manner and approach of my doctor today. I left the hospital feeling angry, still in a great deal of pain and felt let down by the higher paid members of the NHS.
