I came into the treatment centre for gallbladder removal on 1st July 2014 yesterday in fact. From sign in to going down to surgery was 1 hour , thanx thanx thanx to the team, you were fab, caring and going the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and safe. My consultant surgeon and his team were professional , as well as making me feel at ease. There are many comments of a negative kind said about NHS but in this case, you have performed and come out at 110 per cent. For anyone attending in the near future, you can be assured from the pre assesment to discharge you will have 5 star treatment Hugs to you all on the day surgery Xx
