Arrived at 17.10. Registered within 10 minutes and then seen by competent nurse. On way home by 17.50. Our second visit and very impressed. A lovely, calm atmosphere in comparison with A&E at the PRUH where, when we went last time, was a very distressing experience with seriously ill people not getting the attention they needed and deserved.
