"Car parking for cancer patients"

About: Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital / Clinical oncology

(as the patient),

Out Patients for radiotherapy necessarily are provided with multifarious appointment times within a 12 hour period of use of the hospital's 5 linac machines.

On admission through the barrier-controlled car-park entrances, particularly during visiting times, no spaces are available. Is it not possible for reserved spaces to be allocated for their use during the time that their treatment takes?

The treatment from staff involved at Big C centre has been good.

Thank you for telling us about your hospital experience. We have increased the number of parking spaces at the hospital (adding about 300 spaces). However, the car parks remain busy at peak times.

You have made a helpful suggestion which we will pass to our colleagues.
