Sheltered housing unit residents not engaging and causing difficulties with resident’s health and safety.
They do not engage/attend meetings to receive information on how to keep safe.
Visits from the police, fire safety to explain how to keep safe are not well attended.
Residents are unfriendly and need to engage more with other residents. No community spirit, need to engage more.
Residents leave the main entrance door open, or open the door to total strangers without checking who the person is or who they are visiting.
This often results in strangers gaining entry and thefts occurring.
