What I liked

Doctors and nurses offered a very professsional and friendly service at all times.

Speedy service too.

What could be improved

Front of house receptionist rude and abrupt every time she was spoken to.

Unacceptable behaviour in her role.

Sorry for the time it has taken to respond to this comment, which was submitted last October. Due to an unforeseen glitch in the national website system, we have only just been notified of your message.

That said, however, we very much welcome your feedback and we will look in to the issue of front of house receptionists. We would also advise that where you or any other viistor is unhappy with our service, please do let us know directly at the time because that is often the best point at which to take action.
