"Ent department has been nothing but satisfactory"

Recently my 3 year old son was diagnosed with a hearing loss which has been challenging however with the continued support and quick appointment turnaround whilst under the care of the consultant and his team the care we have recieved has been nothing short of brilliant. I can not speak highly enough of this man, he always makes me feel welcome, and takes the time to explain everything in detail. I always feel like he is understanding about any concerns, and seems to want the best for my child.
