"my son attended a/e in july following ..."

About: Royal Free Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

my son attended a/e in july following a fracture to his arm. the staff in a/e were 1st class. the problems started when we needed to make followup for # clinic. appt had to be posted to us as reception staff were unable to make appt. we had two followup appts where we both waited more than 90 past appt time to be seen by a dr for less than 1min. on second visit he did not even have my sons notes or followup xrays available. a/e was excellent but our time spent in opd 180 minutes to see a dr for less than 3 min was very unsatisifactory. the whole system in #clinic seemend a shambles with nither ryhme or reason. 10/10 for a/e however followup let the whole thing down.

What could be improved

follow up in #clinic
