"Day patient well cared for"

I went in for a day procedure on the 26th and I cannot express my thanks to all the staff enough. Every member I came into contact with were friendly, courteous and they listened to me! Not once did I feel as if I had been abandoned or wondering why I was waiting or what was going on. I felt very well cared for and respected at all times. I expected to feel as if I was on a bit of a conveyor belt but despite the fact the department was clearly busy, never once did I feel left alone. It really highlighted the difference from my last experience in a different hospital and just how bad that was. I cannot recommend St Richards enough. Wonderful and caring hospital - thank you very much!
