About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I called on 30-06-14 at 9.13 was put through to the switch board and asked a question about the opening times of the ultrasound department the woman was very abrupt and rude did not allow time for a follow up question before hanging up without even saying bye or your welcome. Need work on their customer service and common courtesy.
