About: James Paget University Hospital

I have to go there every 2/3 months over the past 4-5 years - and have yet to be not only seen on time but within 30-45 mins of my actual appointment time. If you 'dare' to query the fact that you have been kept waiting you get either ignored by the person on reception or they get a nurse to be their mouth piece to have a go at you for enquiring. Seeing as I have had to take time off work for each appointment I do find this irritating as do work !!
