"It was almost like we were friends"

(as a service user),

I was visited by the South Western Ambulance Service. Not met a kinder, more understanding person.

It was almost like we were friends – I cannot praise highly enough.

I’ve used the service numerous times over the years.

I’m 82 now – every time they are great. The boys this morning were marvellous and as considerate as can be.
