What I liked
Was seen very quickly and nurse was very reassuring to me. Got the doctor in to confirm her suspicions and was treated there and then
What could be improved
Had to go back to the waiting room and didn't know what for - it was to speak to an advisor
Anything else?
I think this hospital gets bad press but I have to speak as I find and today I had a very good experience. The only negative I have is the parking fees, I think it's rude to charge people to park when they're at hospital because they have an ailment :(
