"Care at Hull Royal"

About: Hull Royal Infirmary

Today Monday 30th June 2014 I had an appointment to see the Consultant Rheumatologist in the medical outpatients department, HRI. On arrival I was seen promptly to be weighed and have my details checked. I then had a very short wait until I saw the doctor, who was one of the most pleasant doctors I have ever met. After my initial consultation, I was sent for some X-rays, and a blood test. Every single member of staff I met were very pleasant, extremely polite, and efficient. We know that there are problems in our health service, mainly due to government cuts and lack of beds, but this is not the fault of the hard working staff. It's about time credit was given where credit is due. Thanks to all
