Friendly staff on the ward.
What could be improved
The public toilet on the second floor on the east wing were "out of order". I poked my head around the door to be met by the stench of excrement. It was all over the floor and wiped over most of the walls. Over 24 hours later and the no entry sign was still there and the toilets had still not been cleaned. No wonder we have MRSA and C.Diff!!!
