"staff attitude/level of safety"

There were several opportunities for severe error prior to and following surgery, One included the maladministration of medication Some staff were compassionate, understanding, efficient but others were curt, rude, unprofessional and lacking in basic skills. I do not want to appear ungrateful but the nature of my illness means i have met with lots of staff, Communication is clearly an issue.
