I have recently had a hip replacement at this hospital and found that nothing was too much trouble. From the nurses, doctors and my consultant I was treated with the utmost respect and with consideration.. Every part of my treatment and aftercare was discussed and explained to me leaving me calm and stress free before and after my surgery. The nurses were polite and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. As for my consultant he was friendly and courteous and did his best to make you feel happy and comfortable about the surgery. As for the cleanliness: this was carried out without disrupting the patients, if there was a mess it was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Its so easy to moan and criticise these days but its just as easy to praise and compliment the efforts of others. I would like to say thank you to all the staff on the orthopedic ward that took care of me.
"A big thank you to the staff at Stafford hospital"
