"Renal Patient"

About: Lister Hospital

Admitted since last monday. This is the fourth ward where I have been shifted today and this is the only thing which is happening because infection mark is increasing, they cannt find in one whole week and after knowing that antibiotic is not working still giving the same medicine. Get everytime a new dr with something new and he does not know what the previouse dr has said. Poor communication between the different deparments as well. They dont know what the Drs have said about my TB treament and who is going to decide about it. Some nursing staff is very good but some I think new and they dont know which medicine to give. Two ocasions where medicine signed off in my documents and not given to me. When mentioned to dialysys unit was told you are not lying but it is signed in documents so cannt give you. Anyway they spoke to dr and gave my injection. Got frustrated now and dont know what difference will it make after transferring to the new ward today.
