Appointment was on time, notes were available and a quick and positive plan was formulated for a course of personal exercises. Follow up appointments were equally as good. Your question below "Which department did you visit" does not allow me to put in a correct answer, so you need to amend the possible answers. I visited the Physiotherapy dept! This survey questions are letting the side down, I was very satisfied, but after trying to be helpful, I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the survey. Also I can not answer the question regarding Same Sex Accommodation, as I have no knowledge regarding this subject.
