"The two young men were extremely helpful and very good with me"

(as the patient),

I called the 999 service after I cut myself and was bleeding. I’m 87 and do appreciate the help when I get it – the two young men were extremely helpful and very good with me. They looked after me, stopped the bleeding and patched me up. I can’t say enough about how good they were – just super.
